Shipping policy

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is emailed on the day the order is shipped out.

Processing Times:

  • 1-2 Business Days: Place your order by 12pm MST for same-day processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • 2-3 Business Days: Place your order by 9am MST for same-day processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • 3-4 Business Days: Place your order by 9am MST for same-day processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • 4-7 Business Days: Delivered in 4-7 business days after we receive your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Taxes and Customs Charges: International customers may need to pay sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping cost. Taxes and customs charges vary by country and state. Contact your local customs office for details.

Additional Information:

  • Address Changes: Notify us via our CONTACT PAGE before shipment; changes made directly with the courier are not our responsibility.

  • Shipping Address Errors: Contact us via our CONTACT PAGE within one hour of placing your order for corrections.

  • Lost or Mishandled Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled parcels during delivery.

  • Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for packages delayed in transit, including during the Holiday season.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
